The program will be delivered in 10-weekend long training sessions, once each month from September of 2025 through June of 2026.
Each weekend will consist of 22 hours of time spent at the Yoga Parkside Foundation’s studio located at 500 Seneca Street in Buffalo. 20 hours will be dedicated to programming, with one hour long lunch break each day.
You will be required to attend each of the weekend sessions in order to successfully complete the program. We are looking for students who will be ready to learn and eager to contribute to the community. If you are not sure you can make this commitment at this time, please wait and apply for the training in a future year.
If selected, you will be asked to provide a statement about your commitment to the program, the support you will have that will make your commitment possible, and your self-care practices that will help you to maintain present and constructive engagement in the community over the length of the 10-month long program.
