Service Description

Each 75-minute flow class will incorporate meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and asanas to invigorate your body, enliven your mind and refresh your spirit. We will explore how our sacred movement on the mat can translate off the mat to a greater sense of well-being in our daily lives. Class is great for beginners and intermediate practitioners as well as those looking to complement a movement practice with other forms of yoga.
