Service Description

This class will focus on asanas (physical posture) and Pranayama (breath work). We will combine these two aspects of yoga to increase strength and mobility through static holds of the poses.

All classes must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours before the class is set to begin to allow for our teachers to have time to prepare for the class. Thank you.
