This class will ease your tension and help you connect with your inner self. We will first move through a series of gentle poses connected by healing breathwork, followed by several restorative poses, which will be held for 3-5 minutes each. This allows for deep relaxation and resetting the parasympathetic nervous system which controls the body's ability to relax. This class is perfect for beginner or experienced yogis alike.
All classes must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours before the class is set to begin to allow for our teachers to have time to prepare for the class. Thank you.
