Service Description
This class is appropriate for all beings with some prior experience. Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. In this class, modifications are offered as well as invitations to deeper versions of the postures. Each practitioner can work from where they are at. The sequences will build strength and flexibility, while increasing concentration and balance.
