Sound Bath with Chakra Yoga

Service Description

This is such an excellent way to vibrate fully as a human and explore what it means to be alive; to tune inward and reconnect with the present moment and with your body. In this workshop the Crystal Singing bowls resonate and are used to guide gentle Yogic movements which follow the path of energy within our bodies. Each class has a balance of movement, meditation, and rest and sound bathing. No experience needed, wear comfortable clothes.

Cancellation Policy

All classes must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours before the class is set to begin to allow for our teachers to have time to prepare for the class. Thank you.
