Chakra Balancing Sound Bath & Flow

with crystal healing

Service Description

Join us for a 60 minute (all levels) slow and nourishing yoga flow followed by a 30 minute chakra sound bath and 30 minute chakra balancing meditation. With consent , chakra stones will be balanced on you in the beginning , savasana or meditation for 10-20 minutes depending on the amount of people. Chakra stones will be cleansed with Palo Santo before placed on each person.

Cancellation Policy

All classes must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours before the class is set to begin to allow for our teachers to have time to prepare for the class. Thank you.
