This workshop is the second portion of a two-part series. **We recommend having some knowledge of and experience with pranayama before registering if you didn't attend the first session.** Combining the information from our last workshop we will deepen our understanding of the vagus nerve and how to increase the tone of the nerve in order to release somatic (body) symptoms of anxiety and depression. Living in todays world can be very difficult and it’s easy to feel like you don’t have control. With the knowledge and techniques you'll gain from this workshop, you ca regain that control over your breath and mindset.
