No refunds will be issued for the purchase of class packs or drop in classes.
Unlimited Memberships: Refunds on auto-renewals will only be honored within 3 days of the renewal date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All cancellations & the rescheduling of classes must be made at least 4 hours prior to the start of class. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of the class pass.
Class Packs & Drop -in passes
Class packs and drop-in class passes: Individually purchased drop-in class passes and class packs expire 3 months from the date of purchase. YPF does not issue extensions to the date of expiration. All class passes must be used within the time frame stated.
If you cannot attend a class that you have registered for, you must login to your account and reschedule your class, as opposed to cancel. If you cancel or do not show up for the class, you forfeit the pass.
If you purchase a series, then there are no refunds or exchanges on classes within the series that you were unable to attend. If YPF is forced to cancel a class within a series, every effort will be made to reschedule the class before the date of the next class in the series, and it will be videotaped to distribute to all participants.
If YPF is forced to cancel a class within a kids series, the class will not be rescheduled. Participants will be offered a 10% discount off of a future kids series.
If you have purchased a workshop and can no longer attend, you must cancel and notify staff at least 48 hours in advance to be issued a refund.
